Roger Huang is the Founder of San Francisco City Impact and Lead Pastor of San Francisco Worship Center.

Growing up in an abused home, his family moved to San Francisco in the 70’s and as soon as he had the strength, Roger left home. Homeless and alone in San Francisco without knowing Jesus or a word of English, Roger managed, against all odds to climb the corporate ladder and marry his beloved wife, Maite. Soon after, through a divine encounter with God, Roger saw a young boy getting beat up. He felt God say “what if that was your son?” Roger answered, “I would intervene.” And God replied, “they’re all the same to me.”

Roger went home and broke down crying before his wife.

The next day in response Roger and Maite decided to pass out 50 sandwiches. They continued to minister which has turned into what is now, San Francisco City Impact.
